How it works

From your specs to your contract, in five steps.

You fill in requirements. We advise. We introduce you to the datacenter with a brief. You contract with them. We stay available. That's the whole model.

  1. 01
You fill in requirementsCompany, contact, racks or space, power per rack, redundancy (A+B?), connectivity (carriers, IX ports, cross-connects), remote hands, timeline, and whether this is a migration. Nothing you wouldn't need to tell the datacenter anyway.
  2. 02
We sanity-check and adviseWe look at the gear you run and tell you the rack count, kW commit and campus that fit. Sometimes that means fewer racks than you asked for. Sometimes it means staying where you are for another year. Before we introduce you, we check which halls have that kW free.
  3. 03
We fast-track you to the right account managerThey get the full brief up front, so the first call is about the quote and not about who you are. With requirements and expectations settled early, the quote comes back faster and provisioning starts sooner.
  4. 04
You contract directly with the datacenterContract, invoice, SLA, portal access, badges: all yours, all with them. We are not on the invoice.
  5. 05
We stay available as technical contactMove-in day, cross-connect orders, power upgrades, questions about which hall has capacity. Same email address as before you signed, and no hand-off to a support desk.
Stated plainly
No markup.
No reselling.
No middleman on the invoice.
How we're paid
The datacenter pays us a fee. The carrier pays us a fee, as the datacenter does. That is the entire business model.
Going direct, or through us

You can call the datacenter yourself.

For one large, simple order with no deadline, going direct works. When the hall, the density or the date is the hard part, a brief from us saves you the rounds.
Which hall
Direct: the halls that one operator has. Through us: we compare halls and operators on your kW and carriers, and check what is free before anyone quotes.
The first call
Direct: a sales process that starts with who you are. Through us: a named account manager already has your brief.
The contract
Either way you sign the operator's contract. Through us, we negotiate the small print: an index cap, an expansion option on adjacent racks, a remote hands allowance.
What it costs you
Nothing either way. The operator pays our fee.
Who we'll send elsewhere

Amsterdam first. Dedicated racks only.

We focus on Amsterdam because that's where our expertise is; if you need Frankfurt, London or another market, we'll say so and can help you there on request. Same for shared colocation with bundled transit and one invoice: a real product, some parties do it well. We don't compete with it; we'll tell you who to call. Our end is dedicated racks, cages and suites with your own contract, carriers and IX ports.

Start with the form.

Five minutes of your specs. One business day for our reply.

Independent advisor, free to you: the datacenter pays our fee. You contract directly with Digital Realty, NorthC or another Amsterdam operator.
